Work in 2025 and plans for 2026
This year I managed to launch three apps. One failed. Two are still around and are taking up all my time.
Heal -> tryheal.app - is a breakup recovery app built for people going through the messy aftermath of a breakup. The core idea was simple: give people structure when their thoughts are anything but structured. Journaling, reflection and an AI coach that acts more like a calm confidant than a motivational speaker.
Two -> trytwo.app - is a drinking system, not a sobriety app. It’s built around a simple rule I came across and decided to test for myself:
- 2 drinks max
- 2 days per week
- never 2 days in a row The rule felt clear enough and focused more towards control rather than deprivation so I built an app that does one thing: helps you stick to the 2-2-2 rule without guilt overthinking.
For 2025 most of my energy went into building this apps and have them ready in stores (Apple & Google).
Moving into 2026, the plan is different. Less code and the bare-minimum development (bug fixes or critical improvements). The real question now isn’t what to build, but how to get this in front of the right people?
Distribution should be the main focus. But how exactly will that happens? Now that’s something I’ll hopefully discover in 2026.
